A letter to parents
Dear Parents,
I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to take a moment to share with you some important information about how our booster funds are utilized and how vital your support is to our clubs, activities, and sports programs.
How Booster Funds Are Used:
Our booster funds play a crucial role in enhancing the experience of our students in various clubs, activities, and sports. Here are some examples of what we have been able to purchase recently:
Tennis Ball Machine
Auxiliary Weight Room Floor
Hudl software
Cheerleading Uniforms
Scholastic Bowl Buzzer System
Auditorium Soundboard
Baseball and Softball PA System
Wrestling Warm-Ups
Supplies for Buddies Prom
As you can see, while the concession stand is held during football games, all students are benefiting from the funds. We would like to encourage all parents to get involved, whether you have an athlete, or a club or activities member.
Your Support is Crucial:
More than 50% of our funding for these essential items comes from the money raised at our football game concession stand. In 2023, our football concessions brought in nearly $40,000. This means that your participation and support directly impact our ability to provide these resources to our students.
How You Can Help:
We are kicking off our sign-up for the upcoming concessions, and we need your help to make this a success. By volunteering your time at the football game concessions, you are contributing directly to the enhancement of our programs. Sign-up to Help
We encourage you to get involved and support our students by signing up for a shift. Your contribution, no matter how small, makes a big difference. It is also a fantastic opportunity to meet other parents and enjoy some fellowship on a Friday night.
Thank you for your continued support and dedication to our students' success.
Best regards,
Geralyn Stoner
Booster Club President
